This service includes advertising your rental property online. Showing the property to potential tenants with flexible viewing times, professional tenant vetting and recommendations on the best potential tenant. Marketing your rental property is crucial to obtaining that top quality tenant so a lot of effort is put into photos and descriptions of your property.  Once a tenant is selected we will arrange to meet with both you and the tenant to sign the tenancy agreement.
